Strange behaviour on Openserver 5.0.2 after 09/2015

I'm too getting the same error !!
First got "Cannot Fork to run /tcb/lib/initcond: Resource temporarily unavailable (error 11)" at startup after booting system backdated it got ready. Then found out an error on the login screen "the Licensing policy manager daemon (Ifor_pmd) has terminated and been restarted.....etc" also license manager in Scoadmin is giving errors all of a sudden? This all happened instantly without any changes to the system. Im also out of clues trying to find a proper solution. If anyone knows please help us to rectify the issue.

could this be a licence problem? any ideas?

On startup when the String "Boot" appears, press enter
The system will ask you after the splash screen for the root password.
then you can set the date and reboot
for example:
date -t 1508081210
init 6
after the system comes up again, you can login in the multi-user mode.
use date-t to reenter the right date

DITrack is a free, open source, lightweight, distributed issue (bug, defect, ticket) tracking system using a Subversion repository instead of a backend database. It is written in Python and runs in UNIX environment (*BSD, Linux, MacOS X). The project is inspired by the idea of Subissue issue tracking system. However, while Subissue aims in merely replacing the traditional database storage with Subversion repository, DITrack is a major rethought of the issue tracking system paradigm. The main difference is that instead of sticking to the centralized model (one database, one web interface, one mail integration machinery), DITrack treats underlying Subversion storage as a versioned distributed file system which enables benefits of truly distributed operation mode. For more information about the DITrack project, visit http://www.ditrack.org. Documentation for DITrack and its tools, including detailed usage explanations of the dt and dt-createdb programs, can be found at /usr/share/doc/ditrack/html/index.html.
