This is the information I have parsed so far.
return (float(when), int(count)) will give you a tuple comprised of a float and an int, but you say -- "it gives me the result with tre digits like 301 300 301 etc ..."
I do not understand, there is no tuple but a number. You say -- "how i can have more decimals (and precision reading)", however there are no decimals in your post.
Somewhat you want to make the number three hundred and one (301) into the number three millions and one (3000001)
A decimal would be 0.301 and if you want to add seven digits of precision it will become 0.3010000, never 0.3000001
Please, could you clarify a bit more your request? Perhaps, could you consider posting the content of the file serialx?

I want to run a loop with non-integer values (which I know I can't) so I've created a loop of integers and divided it by 10. However, these values are always rounded down to 1 significant figure. How do I get the script to keep and use the decimal value?

but just returned only 561

pydoc -- the Python documentation tool
SYNOPSIS
pydoc name
pydoc -k keyword
pydoc -p port
pydoc -g
pydoc -w module ...
pydoc --help
DESCRIPTION
pydoc shows text documentation on something related to python(1). The name argument may be the name of a Python keyword, topic, function,
module, or package, or a dotted reference to a class or function within a module or module in a package. If name contains a '/', it is used
as the path to a Python source file to document. If name is 'keywords', 'topics', or 'modules', a listing of these things is displayed.
OPTIONS
-k keyword Search for a keyword in the synopsis lines of all available modules.
-p port Start an HTTP server on the given port on the local machine.
-g Pop up a graphical interface for finding and serving documentation.
-w module ... Write out the HTML documentation for a module to a file in the current directory. If module contains a '/', it is treated as
a filename; if it names a directory, documentation is written for all the contents.
--help Prints out a help message.
