Script to run another script with wait time
I want to create a script which calls another script with certain interval.
Script "A" should call script "B" every 60 seconds.
Script "A" should also be able to call other scripts such as "C", "D", etc. at an interval of 60, 120, 180 seconds respectively.
Basically script A should take two parameters, script name and wait time and call the script which is passed as input based on the wait time.
Please help.

I have a script, myscript.pl
I want to set the script to exit if it is already running.
At the moment I am using soft stop.
eg:
if -e dummy file then exit
else create a dummy file
Is there any other better way to perform this?
Maybe
