Thanks for replay.
I think that I have not explained properly my problem, which created bit of confusion I would say.
HMC is working fine in VmWare env, but the GUI is not happy about the network and is giving out an error. The result is that I can't setup network using GUI.
What I did was, get rid of restricted shell, so I can gain root access to HMC. In cli I can setup network now no problem.
It will be nice to see if I can get the GUI displaying the network settings, but I guess I have to live with it as it is.
I actually thought that someone already was able to resolve this issue.
Anyway thanks for help and effort.
