As you haven't mentioned too many details about windows server which you have but trying to give you a suggestion on same, if you are having cygwin system. The option to ignore NTFS permissions has changed in Cygwin version 1.7. This might be what's causing the problem.
Try adding the 'noacl' flag to your Cygwin mounts in C:\cygwin\etc\fstab, for example: none /cygdrive cygdrive user,noacl,posix=0 0 0

If I make a new ZFS filesystem, and present it to a local zone, i.e. /u01.
If I change the ownership of /u01 in the Local zone to oracle:dba /u01.

parallel-rsync [OPTIONS] -h hosts.txt local remote

pssh provides a number of commands for executing against a group of computers, using SSH. It's most useful for operating on clusters of
homogenously-configured hosts.
parallel-rsync deploy files files to all hosts you listed.
OPTIONS -r --recursive
recusively copy directories (OPTIONAL)
-a ----archive
use rsync -a (archive mode) (OPTIONAL)
-z --compress
use rsync compression (OPTIONAL)
-h --hosts
hosts file (each line "host[:port] [user]")
-l --user
username (OPTIONAL)
-p --par
