On server2.jumphost you can log.
Create an executable ssh wrapper
Code:
#!/bin/sh
PATH=/bin:/usr/bin
export PATH
logger -p user.info "`who -m` runs 'ssh $@'"
#to file: echo "`date '+%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S'` `who -m` runs 'ssh $@'" >> sshlogfile
exec ssh "$@"

That logs something, then runs the ssh.
If sent to syslog, the log level (user.info) perhaps need to be configured in syslog.conf.

The yppoll command asks a ypserv() process what the order number is, and which host is the master NIS server for the named map. OPTIONS
