On linux there is a command:
It should ask to enter your passwd then it should have changed your default shell to bash...
To learn more about the command look at the man pages...
Is it possible to change the title of a Terminal window on Solaris? For example, for a MS Windows command window, one can simply type "title NameofWindow" to change the title for a command window.
I was looking for similar functionality for terminal windows.

I hope I'm posting in the correct forum, so here goes. I would like for the mouse right/left click to work in Terminal (OSX) as it does in Putty.

After installing centos iam not able to see the terminal icon in the applications menu to launch the command prompt in Centos.

DESCRIPTION
This manual page documents briefly the lxterminal command.
lxterminal is a program that provides a terminal emulator for the desktop, usually for LXDE. It is a lightweight GTK+ 2.x based desktop

OPTIONS
This program follows the usual GNU command line syntax, with long options starting with two dashes (`-'). A summary of options is included

-e STRING --command=STRING
Execute the argument to this option inside the terminal.
-t STRING --title=STRING
Set the terminal's title.
--working-directory=DIRECTORY
Set the terminal's working directory.
