Yesterday my customer told me to expect a vcs upgrade to happen in the future. He also plans to stop using HDS and move to EMC. Am thinking how to migrate to sun cluster setup instead. The scds_restart_resource() function provides resource-level granularity for the restart operation. This function calls the STOP method and then the START method for the resource passed to the calling program. If PRENET_START and POSTNET_STOP methods are defined for the resource type, they are ignored. Call this function from the fault monitor. PARAMETERS
