Suppose it did that. There are still errors you can make that render sudo usuable like "chmod 0 /usr/bin/sudo". As a sysadmin you need to be ready for that and be able to operate when sudo fails.
Here is one trick: When you are fiddling around as root on a system, keep an emergency window with a root prompt ready. Don't close this window until you are sure it is not needed. But don't use it until you must. This "extra root window" trick has saved me a lot of grief.

xcfa - GTK+ Implementation of the GNU shell command.

xcfa [OPTION]... [FILE]...
-h, -help
Displays this help section and exits.
-version
Displays the version of the program and exits.

DESCRIPTION
Interface contains console tools (cdparanoia, lame, oggenc, ...).
Allows extraction of audio from DVD to .wav format.
Allows extracting audio from CD to formats such as: wav, mp3, flac, ogg, m4a, mpc, ape.
Allows encoding audio to: wav, mp3, flac, ogg, m4a mpc, ape.
