You have to use case statement like this
Code:
#!/bin/bash

if [ $# -lt 1 ]
then
        echo "Usage : $0 Input value"
        exit
fi

case "$1" in

1) echo "process for input value 1"
    echo $1
    ;;
2) echo "process for input value 2"
    echo $1
    ;;
3) echo "process for input value 3"
    echo $1
    ;;
*) echo "Input $1 is not valid"
   ;;
esac
