Pset_info load_av

In Tru64 unix the command pset_info displays:

Code:
pset_id # cpus # pids # threads load_av created
  0 2 55 177 3.24 10/11/2006 13:16:42

under the heading load_av what is the value 3.24 telling me ?

Thanks
