At the top of my head:

1. Try just the find command and see if there's any output:
Code:
find /usr/IBM/HTTPServer/apache_cache/ -name '*' -mtime +1

2. Try without -print0 and xargs -0
Code:
find /usr/IBM/HTTPServer/apache_cache/ -name '*' -mtime +1 | xargs rm -r

3. If the interactive mode is aliased to rm, try rm -rf
