Email formatting gets disturbed because of screen resolution
Hi friends,
I have written a shell script which send a report to email address everyday.
The report is generated on UNIX server every day, Generated report is sent to 25 users through cron.
All 25 users have set different screen resolution for their monitor. The email looks wel formatted for the screen resolution on 1280x1024.
But some of users have different screen resolution set for their monitors, so the report sent to them is not wel formatted. some of columns get disturbed for them.
I use following command
Is there any command which will send the same report to all users irrespective of their monitor's screen resolution ?
I have installed Solaris 10 over vmware onto my machine. Now when I want to change my screen resolution it only has one option which is 800x600. Is there a way to change that to a bigger resollution? And if there is, what file do I have to edit and what text editor do I have to use? (1 Reply)
