In short no, we cannot predict the quality of job you will find or the terms your employer will be willing to give you. I don't think anyone really can. There are good jobs and bad ones, good employers and bad ones, just like every other occupation.

I'd be suspicious of someone who claims they can generally predict such things... They may be trying to sell you something. "you can get 80K/year with this cert", etc.
