Not sure how you are actually running your command are you trying
If yourcommand.exeis a windows GUI executable you may have some issues running it from and ssh session. The sshd process is likely to be running as a windows service and GUI components are not typically allowed to be spawned services.

I have two users on dest_host server viz wlsadm & wasadm.
From src_host server with root user I m able to passwordless login to wlsadm@dest_host however, the same fails for wasadm@dest_host

I ssh from Windows to Linux server and execute a few commands. I have ssh keys setup between them and works fine.
The commands get executed on the Linux server however I wish to stay on the Linux terminal that was opened by putty.exe. However, the terminal simply does the job and closes.

DESCRIPTION
ssh-argv0 replaces the old ssh command-name as hostname handling. If you link to this script with a hostname then executing the link is
equivalent to having executed ssh with that hostname as an argument. All other arguments are passed to ssh and will be processed normally.
