This is shell programming assignment.
It needs to create a file called .std_dbrc contains
STD_DBROOT=${HOME}/class/2031/Assgn3/STD_DB
(which includes all my simple database files)
and I am gonna use this .std_dbrc in my script file (read the data from the database files)

I have two files with the format shown below. I need to read first field(value before comma) from file 1 and search for a record in file 2 that has the same value in the field "KEY=" and write the complete record of file 2 with corresponding field 2 of the first file in to result file.

What I have by that reading - just a first word up to '\0'!

SYNOPSIS
dssi_osc_send <option> <OSC URL> <values>
DESCRIPTION
dssi_osc_send sends DSSI OSC methods to DSSI applications. dssi_osc_send is typically used to control DSSI hosts (possibly for scripted
operation), or to test DSSI user interfaces.
OPTIONS -c Send a `control' message. Requires two values to be supplied in the <values> section: control port and value. For example, to set
control port 1 to 0.1:

-p Send a `program' message. Requires two values to be supplied in the <values> section: bank and program number. For example, to
