I had not included stdlib.h.

sendto failing "resource temporarily unavailable"

Well, I am not even sure if its failing, cause at the other end I have a select call and it wakes up and reads the data I sent fine. Ok here is the issue, I have a UDP socket(non blocking) through which I push some data to another port. At the other end I have select loop, waiting for this data.... (6 Replies)

The <stdlib.h> header defines the following macros: EXIT_FAILURE Unsuccessful termination for exit(); evaluates to a non-zero value. See exit(3C). EXIT_SUCCESS Successful termination for exit(); evaluates to 0. NULL Null pointer. {RAND_MAX} Maximum value returned by rand(); at least 32767.
