Assuming that your hash (data structure) is named %data, you can access "template" using:
Code:
$data{'CRYPTO-6-IKMP_MODE_FAILURE'}[0]{'template'}

And "regex":

$data{'CRYPTO-6-IKMP_MODE_FAILURE'}[0]{'regex'}
