I need to create an automated script where I have to use sudo to switch to multiple user so the script stops and prompts for password, Is there a way I can provide the password in same command only?

I've followed the exact same steps of how to setup and enable SSH user equivalent including the right permission, but when I "ssh" it still prompts for password. Could you help to see what I did wrong?

wtolentino ALL=(ORACLE) NOPASSWD: /bin/chmod
when i tried to run this command
sudo -u oracle /bin/chmod 775 /appshared/applications/lpa/executables/chrpt001.rep
it prompts me for a password
for example:

groups - print group membership of user
SYNOPSIS
groups [user]...
DESCRIPTION
The command groups prints on standard output the groups to which you or the optionally specified user belong. Each user belongs to a group
specified in /etc/passwd and possibly to other groups as specified in /etc/group. Note that /etc/passwd specifies the numerical ID (gid)
of the group. The groups command converts gid to the group name in the output.
EXAMPLES
The output takes the following form:
example% groups tester01 tester02
tester01 : staff
tester02 : staff
