we are using java 1.2 in our shell / env
it is also set in the main JAVA_HOME env var ,
but we have also java 1.4 installed , now we need to use new application that uses only java1.4

Object oriented style (method):
SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION
Procedural style:
array cairo_svg_get_versions (void )
Returns a numerically indexed array of currently available CairoSvgVersion constants. In order to retreive the string values for each
item, use CairoSvgSurface::versionToString.

This function has no parameters.
RETURN VALUES
Returns a numerically indexed array of integer values.
