This is follow up to the post
SAN Disk Appearing double in AIX
When I connected Pseries Machine HBA Card ( Dual Port ) directly to the SAN Storage DS4300 , I was able to see Host Port Adapter WWN numbers , although I was getting this message

after adding a SAN Switch IBM 2005 H16 , I was unable to see any Host Port Adapter from the San Storage Program ( DS Storage Manager Client 10 )

Now, I am not sure, why I cannot see the HBAs . What could be the issue ?
