# This just replaces the $$SQL with the contents of the variable($sql) in the file as you requested not the rest of the line.
$ sed "s#\$\$SQL#$sql#g" file2
sql Select /*+ use_has(a,b) */ * from customer a, customer_address b where a.id = b.id and a.id is not null and b.address is not null=select count(*) from dual

NAME

       SQL::Translator::Schema::Procedure - SQL::Translator procedure object

SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION

       "SQL::Translator::Schema::Procedure" is a class for dealing with stored procedures (and possibly other pieces of nameable SQL code?).

METHODS

   new
       Object constructor.

   parameters
       Gets and set the parameters of the stored procedure.

	 $procedure->parameters('id');
	 $procedure->parameters('id', 'name');

   name
       Get or set the procedure's name.

   order
       Get or set the order of the procedure.

   owner
       Get or set the owner of the procedure.

   comments
       Get or set the comments on a procedure.

	 $procedure->comments('foo');
	 $procedure->comments('bar');

   schema
       Get or set the procedures's schema object.

	 $procedure->schema( $schema );

   equals
       Determines if this procedure is the same as another
