If this condition is true for more than one IP
MYIP=$(awk '/TEST IP/ && !/n\/a/ {print $2}' file)
you can use exit to get only the first.
MYIP=$(awk '/TEST IP/ && !/n\/a/ {print $2;exit}' file)
This will make this work ping $MYIP
