well issue is diagnosed but its strange. MSA storage is able to read but as I try to write anything system hangs which is strange so still looking for the solution. In safe mode windows is fine so is the storage but in case of normal windows it hangs as application is started and starting to write on MSA partition.
Well what I have find out that there is issue with Hard disk which needs to be reformatted as controller has been replaced but issue is still there. If any one has idea what could be reason kindly share.

pam_issue.so [noesc] [issue=issue-file-name] DESCRIPTION
pam_issue is a PAM module to prepend an issue file to the username prompt. It also by default parses escape codes in the issue file similar to some common getty's (using x format).
