My shell script it.sh.I am calling bip.sh from it.sh

The issue is with environment variables ARBORDBU,ARBOR_DB_PASSWD
When i call my script it.sh it executes successfully but when i am calling it through crontab it does not work
Can someone send me a shell script to set all Oracle environment variable which is working.
