Hi I tried Yoda's suggesstion but it is not working.
It is giving following error:

awk:0602-512 The string %-1s;%-12s cannot contain a newline character.The source line is 1.
The error context is 
       {printf "%-1s;%-12s;'%-2s;%-12s;%-12s;%-1s;%-12s;%-6s;%-12s;%-4s;%-12s;%-20s;%-8s;\>>>
