In file1, you say the 1st column is the ID. Where is that ID to be found in the 2nd file so that it can be counted?

Trying to match $2 in original_targets with $2 of new_targets . I am trying to create a cronjob that will run on startup that will look at a list.txt file to see if there is a later version of a database using database.txt as the source. SYNOPSIS

       ngraph [options] [data file(s) or ngp file]

DESCRIPTION

       Ngraph  is  the program to create scientific 2-dimensional graphs for researchers and engineers. Graphs can be exported to PostScript, SVG,

       -L file
	      load ngp file
