Wrench Nail command error

Hello all.

I am currently using Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.8 (Tikanga).

I have multiple users on this system and intend to use nail command to send out emails.
When I enter the command:
Code:
nail <some-email-address>

its accepts the command and sends out an email.

But when I log into the system using orasoa user and try using the nail command, this is what I get;

Code:
ORASOA @titan3:/home/orasoa>nail <some-email-address>
temporary mail message file: Permission denied

The .bash_profile of orasoa user is:

Code:
ORASOA @titan3:/home/orasoa>cat .bash_profile
# .bash_profile

# Get the aliases and functions
if [ -f ~/.bashrc ]; then
        . ~/.bashrc
