Well the positive going and negative going sync is done although IMHO they are not of much use.
The EXT trigger is on hold until a calibrated Y amp, at least AC coupled, is finished. A starter piece of home brew hardware is under construction.
I am now working on a low signal level ZOOM facility.
This is for signal levels that are actually inside 4 bits of depth instead of the quantised 4 bit depth used for the actual display of large signals inside the terminal window...
Also the simple Y amp and vertical calibration circuits to be added to the end of the script too.
Hi,
I am stuck while developing a shell sub-routine which checks the log file for "success" or "failure". The subroutine reads the log file and checks for key word "success", if found it set the variable (found=1). It returns success or failure based on this variable.
My problem is, I can... (2 Replies)

xmode2
XMODE2(1) FSF XMODE2(1)NAME
mode2, smode2, xmode2 - shows the pulse/space length of infrared signals
SYNOPSIS
xmode2 [options]
DESCRIPTION
The main purpose of these programs is to check operation of your home-brew LIRC receiver hardware and to see the IR waveform of the remote
controller without an expensive oscilloscope. Very useful for debugging. Of course this program won't work with hardware that decodes the
signals itself like e.g. TV cards or the Irman.
xmode2 is based on smode2 by Sinkovics Zoltan. It is just a conversion from svga to X with some basic support for resizing. The only dif-
ferences are that the --mode option enables an alternative display mode and that xmode2 can read and visualise mode2 output from stdin.
