Basically two ways to do it. First way has separate command for each extension:

mput CATT_*.txt 
mput CATT_*.pgp

Second way is briefer, just one command, but possibly won't work on some systems, or dependent on glob command:

mput CATT_*.[a-z][a-z][a-z]
