What I see is that you are using a lot of variables... Are they correctly set before you execute your shellscript?
Execute it in debug mode and see what is says...

PDOStatement::bindValue - Binds a value to a parameter

SYNOPSIS

Binds a value to a corresponding named or question mark placeholder in the SQL statement that was used to prepare the statement. PARAMETERS
