How do I resolve the below error. I want to change the ownership on sf_Temp file from media to dba.

First of all I see your statement is wrong. The directory: sf_Temp is owned by user: root not user: media
Also I noticed that media is just the parent directory, BTW I'm not sure if there is indeed a user: media
So if you want to change the ownership of directory: sf_Temp from user: root to user: dba then try

it is replacing the existiong Secoundry groups and is adding the only group speced in usermod command

When a user is added to a new group, the user has to be log out and log in again to make the new group effective. Is there any system command or technique to refresh user group ID update without re-login?

We are encountering the following issue on AIX 5.3. When we do ls -ltr the list displays only user id and group id instead of user name and group name.
