Hi,
I have a requirement as mentioned below.
I have a file Start.log which is present in a directory called logs. the file is pipe delimitted as shown below
e.g. file content
The third field is date column (YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS)
and similarly i have file End.log and file pattern is as mentioned above.
file content
I would like to list the files which are present in logs directory which are modified between between the time 2013-01-31 00:02:00 and 2013-01-31 00:12:31 time.
Please suggest me on this.

Does any one know how to get a recursive directory listing in long format (showing owner, group, permission etc) without listing the files contained in the directories.
The following command also shows the files but I only want to see the directories.

Buddies, cron is not executing any monitoring scripts for 'Oracle' user in Red Hat Linux 5.
Details about the cron job :-
oracle@localhost ~]$ crontab -l

The tab.sh script when firing manually is working fine.
Any inputs/advice will be great for me. (12 Replies)
Dear Folks,
I have written a shell script which internally connects to oracle database through sqplplus command line.
The script runs fine when run manually.
Now I am scheduling it to run (Linux environment) from crontab.
In crontab it is failing with an error:

exfalso(1) General Commands Manual exfalso(1)NAME
exfalso - audio tag editor
SYNOPSIS
exfalso [ directory ]
DESCRIPTION
Ex Falso displays and edits audio metadata tags. Supported formats include MP3, Ogg Vorbis, FLAC, Musepack (MPC), WavPack, and MOD/XM/IT.
This manual page is only a short reference for Ex Falso. Complete documentation is available at http://code.google.com/p/quodli-
bet/wiki/Guide.
OPTIONS
Ex Falso may be given a directory to open on the command line.
TIED TAGS
Many places in Ex Falso allow you to use "tied tags". Tied tags are two tag names joined together with a "~" like "title~version" or
"album~part". Tied tags result in "nice" displays even when one of the tags is missing; for example, "title~version" will result in
Title - Version when a version tag is present, but only Title when one isn't. You can tie any number of tags together.
RENAMING FILES
Ex Falso allows you to rename files based on their tags. In some cases you may wish to alter the filename depending on whether some tags
are present or missing, in addition to their values. A common pattern might be
<tracknumber>. <title~version>
You can use a '|' to only text when a tag is present:
<tracknumber|<tracknumber>. ><title~version>
You can also specify literal text to use if the tag is missing by adding another '|':
<album|<album>|No Album> - <title>
