Linux Debian Testing (Is it Stable)

Hello, I need to upgrade my Debian system 7.8 to 8.5 but by default via apt-get It moves to 8.6 version(latest stable version). I'm new to Debian so didn't figure out the solution. This module is used directly by Config::Model to read or write the content of Debian "control" file. All "control" files keyword are read in a case-insensitive manner. CONSTRUCTOR

The constructor will be called by Config::Model::AutoRead. read ( io_handle => ... ) Of all parameters passed to this read call-back, only "io_handle" is used.
