Situation: With the given date I need to find a list of all such files starting from a given path that were modified after the given date.

find /home/karthik -mtime -1 -type f -exec ls -l {} \;
What parameter do i need to add in the above command to check the files modified in last 2 or 3 days

I want to find the list of all the files under a directory (including it's subdirectories) last modified 30 days, 60 days, 90 days..also I want to find out the rate at which the disk space is growing.
