Need a FTP SERVER Program FREE
I need a FTP SERVER program for using in ubuntu, Do you know any for free? ps: there will be no internet connection so, vsftp will not work. need a tool (like filezilla but filezilla has no server version for unix ubuntu) that has to be installation package to extract in it.

However, on running the script I find that I am not even able to connect to ftp server.
I am able to connect to ftp server using other GUI ftp tools like WS_FTP using the same IP.
IP used here is a dummy IP.

rename method is not allowing me to rename the file in other dir. When i tried copy command by using net::FTP:FILE then perl says it is not installed.

NAME
what-patch - detect which patch system a Debian package uses
SYNOPSIS
what-patch [options]
DESCRIPTION
what-patch examines the debian/rules file to determine which patch system the Debian package is using.
what-patch should be run from the root directory of the Debian source package.
OPTIONS
Listed below are the command line options for what-patch:
-h, --help
Display a help message and exit.
-v Enable verbose mode. This will include the listing of any files modified outside or the debian/ directory and report any additional
details about the patch system if available.
