i have to delete files which are older than 15 days or more except the ones in the directory Current and also *.sh files
i have found the command for files 15 days or more older
find . -type f -mtime +15 -exec ls -ltr {} \;

I have to list the files which are older than 7 days in the given directory.
it should consider only the files and should not show subdirectories.

I am looking for a script to delete files older than 7 days but i also want to exclude certain directories (like arch,log .....) and also some files with extensions
( like .ksh, .ch, ..............)

I need to search files older than 50 days. I've used following command in order to search desired files, I also discoverd, it's showing today's files as well. Do you have any clue with this ?

mv: Insufficient arguments (1)
Usage: mv f1 f2
mv f1 ... fn d1

Hello,
I need to move all the files inside /XYZ (has multi-depth sub directories) that are older than 14 days to/ABC directory but with retaining the SAME directory structure.
for example:
/XYZ/1/2/3/A/b.txt should be moved as /ABC/1/2/3/A/b.txt

Hello all,
I want to list the files older than 10 days. Currently am using
find ./ -mtime +10 -exec ls -ltr {} \;
command. But I want to execute the same command in 16 directories at a time and want an output asking to remove those file?
Please help me to design the script.

httppower [--url URL]
DESCRIPTION
httppower is a helper program for powerman which enables it to communicate with HTTP based power distribution units. It is run interac-
tively by the powerman daemon.
OPTIONS
-u, --url URL
Set the base URL.
INTERACTIVE COMMANDS
The following commands are accepted at the httppower> prompt:
auth user:pass
Authenticate to the base URL with specified user and password, using ``basic'' HTTP authentication which sends the user and password
over the network in plain text.
seturl URL
Set the base URL. Overrides the command line option.
get [URL-suffix]
Send an HTTP GET to the base URL with the optional URL-suffix appended.
post [URL-suffix] key=val[&key=val]...
Send an HTTP POST to the base URL with the optional URL-suffix appended, and key-value pairs as argument.
