I... really don't know what a security model is. The only people who actually log into the shell itself are myself and the minecraft server admins. It's not like we have users that log in and out of the shell all the time.
I think I found my own solution, though. I'll discuss it with my superior and see if he likes the idea.
Going to write a few lines into ~/etc/rc.local:
Those should start a screen session with three named windows. Then I'll simply make aliases that run start scripts in the specific screen windows (wether your in that window or not).
Something like this:

I understand that by putting in entries into the /etc/inittab file. We can actually call the our scripts during startup.
mkitab "start_server:2:once:sh /scripts/startserver.sh"

If we place Sxx (startup script) and Kxx(shutdown script) in /etc/rc.d/rc2.d,then it would start and stop automatically(assume they are linked to other script that actually starts/stops).
