       bool is_executable (string  $filename)

DESCRIPTION

	Tells whether the filename is executable.

PARAMETERS

	      o $filename
		- Path to the file.

RETURN VALUES

	Returns TRUE if the filename exists and is executable, or FALSE on error.

EXAMPLES
