Using ACTIVEHOST

Hello everyone, today i bring to you another question, it's about de activehost.
So i need to know the syntax and what's his functionality, cause i need to inclued it in a script to prevent that other user can execute an application that it's share between two different servers.
Please if anyone can help me....
