extracting lines based on condition and copy to another file
hi
i have an input file that contains some thing like this
abc[X,Y0-9] appears twice in each line. i want t0 get my output file some thing like this
file 1
file2
file#
and so on i,e., abc1 to abc[X,Y0-9] abc2 to abc[X,Y0-9] and so on till abcY to abc[X,Y0-9].
how to copy lines from a log file based on timestamp.

DESCRIPTION fputcsv(3) formats a line (passed as a $fields array) as CSV and write it (terminated by a newline) to the specified file $handle.
PARAMETERS
o $handle
-The file pointer must be valid, and must point to a file successfully opened by fopen(3) or fsockopen(3) (and not yet closed by

o $fields
- An array of values.
o $delimiter
- The optional $delimiter parameter sets the field delimiter (one character only).
