kctune no display

Hi expert,
I am facing with an issue with the utility kctune. I am not able to get an output with this command, and when I use SMH I get a message telling me that there are no tunable parameter to display in my system.
Are there some people that have already experience this issue? What actions are required to fix this?
All file systems are mounted .

Regard

NAME
dlpi_max_clones - maximum number of cloned DLPI streams allowed on the system VALUES
Failsafe Default Allowed values Recommended values DESCRIPTION
This variable is used to limit the number of cloned DLPI streams that can be opened on the system. HP does not recommend changing this tun- able. General information about DLPI can be found in the dlpi(7) manpage. This tunable is provided to prevent an unprivileged user from maliciously consuming the system resources by opening a large number of cloned DLPI streams. Who Is Expected to Change This Tunable? Privileged user. Restrictions on Changing Changes to this tunable take effect at the next reboot. When Should the Value of This Tunable Be Raised? This tunable should be raised when the number of DLPI applications is more than the default value. What Are the Side Effects of Raising the Value? Possible side effects would be slower system performance. WARNINGS
All HP-UX kernel tunable parameters are release specific. This parameter may be removed or have its meaning changed in future releases of HP-UX. Installation of optional kernel software, from HP or other vendors, may cause changes to tunable parameter values. After installation, some tunable parameters may no longer be at the default or recommended values. For information about the effects of installation on tun- able values, consult the documentation for the kernel software being installed.
