I'm writting a script to find the difference between two timestamp. One field i get on delivery time of the file like 07:17 AM and other is my SLA time 06:30 AM

I read a file using perl, each line of this file has the fllowing format.

Th first field is the timestamp and the second field is the offset in seconds.

DESCRIPTION
These functions determine the maximum numeric value of their arguments. NaN arguments are treated as missing data: if one argument is a NaN
and the other numeric, these functions choose the numeric value.
RETURN VALUES
Upon successful completion, these functions return the maximum numeric value of their arguments.
If just one argument is a NaN, the other argument is returned.
If x and y are NaN, a NaN is returned.
ERRORS
No errors are defined.
