I need to write a shell script to transfer the files every hour from source - target server.
The cron job should be running every hour and shouldn't copy already copied files to the remote server ?

I am having a question where I have to
1) Identify the number of files in a directory with a specific format
and if the count is >1 we need to concatenate those two files into one file and remember that in the second file the header should not be copied. it should be form first file.... (4 Replies)

I have a doubt reg file transfer. I have used the below script to connect to another server and find files having modified for the last 24 hours and have to move the file to another server.
