The code prints many times, "1st loop" and "2nd loop".
How can I come out the if the condition is matched.
Match should be only once and it should come out of the loop if the match is found

from the command prompt -grep for 1 to 11 occurences of "," returns both rows
from the command prompt -grep for 11 occurences of "," returns 0 rows - should be 1 row.
Any ideas - why?

stream_socket_shutdown - Shutdown a full-duplex connection
SYNOPSIS
bool stream_socket_shutdown (resource $stream, int $how)
DESCRIPTION
Shutdowns (partially or not) a full-duplex connection.
PARAMETERS
o $stream
- An open stream (opened with stream_socket_client(3), for example)
o $how
- One of the following constants: STREAM_SHUT_RD (disable further receptions), STREAM_SHUT_WR (disable further transmissions) or
STREAM_SHUT_RDWR (disable further receptions and transmissions).
RETURN VALUES
Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.
