I want to have a Perl script which convert columns to rows.
The Perl should should read the data from input file.
Suppose the input file is

The number of rows is not the same to the number of columns

With the -q flag or a numeric argument, date sets the GMT time and date. MMDDYY refers to the month, day, and year; hhmmss refers to the
