From what I understand this might be a ssh attack or am I wrong here?

I am writing my own rm command in unix.
I prompt the user to type if he wants to delete a file and then read what he typed.
But how do i check what he typed?
This is my program so far:

I have created a small tool that i can distribute to users to check whether they have passwordless login to a list of servers.

Hi,
I am logged in to my unix box with functional id user1.
myhost://home/user1> id
uid=3748157(user1) gid=238(dev)
I am trying to execute a script hello.sh with user1 and I am passing a PID to hello.sh.
./hello.sh 145633
This pid <145633> is running with user7.
