You can use tr for that.

Code:
find ./ -name '*.txt' | tr '[a-z]' '[A-Z]'

...though why you'd want to, I have no idea -- UNIX file names allow mixed cases and are case sensitive, meaning the actual name of the file is irretrievably lost by uppercasing it.
