I have refer to one of the friends setup, there Also this SNMP thing is working and process is in maintaince mode.
I will surely try to bring in online but referance setup is working.
I do not have document how they have setup.
Also I learned that we must have the GUI access to configure setup ?
can you please share if its compulsory ?

setup provides a graphical installation interface for EPM-generated portable installation packages. It presents a step-by-step dialog for collecting a list of packages to install and accepting any license agreements for those packages. setup searches for products in the current directory or the directory specified on the command-line.
