compare & print lines with 2 requirements

1.compare 90 logs >20 print off with correct figure
2.compare latest log i.e ciscoresets_20120314 against all records not just the 90 (as above) and any lines not matching print as:

NEW:SYDGRE04,10,9 1

(note this number could be 2 or whatever not necessary 1 it could be 2,3 or even 10 as ciscoresets_20120314 file could have seen this line multiple times where as no other file has, if you understand logic)

**must also take into account the count of the latest file i.e ciscoresets_20120314

sample logs...

ciscoresets_20120314
ciscoresets_20120313
ciscoresets_20120312
ciscoresets_20120311
ciscoresets_20120310

uniq - remove duplicate lines from a sorted file SYNOPSIS
uniq [OPTION]... [INPUT [OUTPUT]] DESCRIPTION
Discard all but one of successive identical lines from INPUT (or standard input), writing to OUTPUT (or standard output). Mandatory arguments to long options are mandatory for short options too. -c, --count prefix lines by the number of occurrences -d, --repeated only print duplicate lines -D, --all-repeated[=delimit-method] print all duplicate lines delimit-method={none(default),prepend,separate} Delimiting is done with blank lines. -f, --skip-fields=N avoid comparing the first N fields -i, --ignore-case ignore differences in case when comparing -s, --skip-chars=N avoid comparing the first N characters -u, --unique only print unique lines -w, --check-chars=N compare no more than N characters in lines --help display this help and exit --version output version information and exit A field is a run of whitespace, then non-whitespace characters.
